Continuity Continuity 6 is a problem-solving environment for multi-scale modeling in bioengineering and physiology especially cardiac biomechanics, transport and electrophysiology distributed free for academic research by the National Biomedical Computation Resource. Continuity 6 is portable, object-oriented, has separate GUI client and computational server components, and runs under Windows, MacOS or Linux, including Linux clusters.
